How do teams act on a shared picture of operations when machines, people, and plans are all changing at once?
I designed across Operations, Engineering, Control Center, and site leadership to connect fragmented signals, expose developing constraints, and help teams coordinate the right response.
I designed across the shipment lifecycle to connect readiness, self-service, and carrier-fit context, helping routine work move faster while preserving human judgment where it mattered.
I like the work that happens before anyone agrees on the problem.
For 15+ years, I’ve worked alongside operators, engineers, analysts, product teams, and leaders. I go where the work happens, listen for the exceptions, and make room for domain expertise in the design. The aim is progress without asking people to abandon what already works.
